5. Mistakes to avoid
5.1 Don't neglect to keep up to date with the latest changes to your nomenclature
The nomenclature changes regularly (creation, modification or deletion of headings, creation of new regimes). You should therefore check your ICPE classification regularly. In the event of a change, you must inform the prefect within one year of publication of the decree modifying the nomenclature. If you fail to do so, you will not be entitled to the grandfathering rights provided for by the regulations (articles L. 513-1 and R. 513-1 of Code de l’environnement ).
