INTRODUCTION
Facilities subject to registration may have an impact on the environment. However, their processes are such that the potential risks are known. Control measures are common. As a result, the procedure can be simplified. That's why this system was created. Its aim is to halve the time required to issue authorizations, and to simplify the dossiers to be submitted by manufacturers.
The manufacturer must therefore submit a registration file. At the end of the procedure, a registration order will be issued.
During operation, manufacturers will be required to respond to the same demands as classified facilities under the authorization regime.
