5. Our advice

5.1 Base your risk assessment on observations of actual working conditions in your company, as part of the Single Document process.

Risks must be identified on site and for each work situation (normal operation, repairs, exceptional maintenance, etc.).

The assessment may be based on interviews with employees, their perception of the risks associated with their position or environment being an important factor.
