5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't neglect to carry out the work prescribed by the PPRN

Failure to comply with the requirements of a PPRN is a criminal offence punishable by a fine of between €1,200 and a maximum of €6,000 per square metre of floor area built, or €300,000 in all other cases.
