3. Create a glossary

  • This glossary, possibly in the form of a table, is the ideal tool for compiling and managing a common language. Build a glossary by describing/defining each term related to project management, project product and terms specific to each profession involved.

  • If different language teams are involved, use translators or interpreters to associate the language elements with their definitions, in each original language (French and Finnish, at random) and in English. Indeed, once the project is up and running, it will be easier to use "globish", the international English jargon of everyday direct exchanges.

  • If only professionals from French-speaking countries are concerned, such a glossary will be just as necessary:
