4.1 Organize addiction analysis workshops

The best information on dependencies between projects often comes from the field. It is therefore useful to organize workshops that bring together teams working on different projects. Task managers generally have a good knowledge of the inputs and outputs produced by their tasks. Workshops then enable dependencies to be identified and coordinated at the finest possible level within the project office.
