 INTRODUCTION

Standard 21504 is a generic standard that applies to the management of project and program portfolios. Like 21500, it applies to all types of organizations in all sectors of activity. The result of an international consensus, this fifteen-page booklet presents the general principles for developing and operating a project and program portfolio.
