7. Optimize the project by reviewing risks and implementing action plans

A project optimization session will be held (see Optimization approach at the start of a project's execution phase [FIC 1661] ) some time after receiving the order and contract from the customer, if selected, to follow up the offer and negotiation.

After analyzing the specifications and contractual requirements, and taking ownership of the contract during the handover phase between the bid team and the business team, the project team will proceed with this project optimization workshop.
