If you're consulting project team members to make a decision, how can you take into account what they've said?

Consultation creates expectations. If you choose to make decisions after consultation, make sure that the ideas and proposals gathered can be sufficiently taken into account. In this way, you can avoid disappointment and frustration on the part of the stakeholders concerned, which often lead to a lack of involvement or even opposition.
