5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't keep things vague

The main mistake would be to maintain the vagueness and :

  • not identifying decision-makers;

  • not monitoring the positioning of players and how it evolves over the course of the project;

  • not understanding and anticipating the strategy of the project players;

  • don't avoid the tunnel effect;

  • not formalizing delegation of decision-making ;

  • not to capitalize.
