INTRODUCTION
Project management is based on the following processes: planning quality management, implementing quality assurance, implementing quality control.
Quality management, which covers the management of the project and its deliverables, must be compatible with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards.
As such, every project must have a quality management plan, and teams must respect this plan and have the data to prove their compliance with it.
The main aim of quality management is to satisfy customer requirements.
Management sets the purpose and direction, and creates the conditions in which staff are involved in achieving quality objectives.
A competent, empowered and committed workforce at all levels of the organization is essential to enhance its ability to create and deliver value.
Consistent, predictable results are achieved more effectively and efficiently when activities are understood and managed as processes.
An organization's success depends on a constant drive for improvement.
