1. General decision-making process

The general decision-making process is divided into four phases:

  • note ;

  • analysis ;

  • objectives ;

  • decision.

To do this, you need :

  • acquire a global vision to perceive the stakes of the decision: what are the possible effects on the project and other projects or services? who should I inform? how will the decision serve the project's objectives?
