Never question this legislation on the pretext that the French or European legislation to which your products or installations comply is equal to or superior to local legislation. This type of argumentation usually results in a significant delay in the progress of a project, while adding costs, always unforeseen; the consequence can go, by successive rebounds, and based on the fact that a first refusal on the part of an administration inevitably leads to a particular attention on the next submissions, up to a complete capotage of the project.
