Actor

As defined in the thesis by Julie Stal-Le Cardinal (2000), a professor at École Centrale, an actor is a human being who is part of the means of the "enterprise". Thus, actors :

  • have skills, quantified by a level ;

  • can make decisions;

  • are able to characterize a priori the effect of their actions;

  • can perform tasks to achieve a goal;

  • work with other players (in partnership, by delegating, as part of a team).

Mind map

The mind map (or carte heuristique or CH) is a 2D tree-like cartographic representation designed to structure or share an idea, or to enrich it over time by suggesting multidimensional approaches....
