Make sure you don't work alone.

Build the legend collectively.

The mind map is a tool for capturing and structuring information. Be aware, however, that it cannot be used to resolve conflicts, gain buy-in, clear the way, etc. Other methodologies, such as PAT-Miroir or Drheam, are more appropriate.

Think of the mind map as a representation of the whole project. In this example, it's just a snapshot of the network of players and their usual channels of interaction. It enables you to build a communication strategy, but does not replace it.
