3. Link your company's players to your product's specific needs

The diagram below is an example of a typical structure. It's up to you to determine how your company is structured.

Find :

  • the role of each player and their specific need for the product;

  • the type of information they can provide for the functional analysis (FA);

  • the type of support provided by these players (drawings, prototypes, tests and checks, videos, samples, pre-series, operating or maintenance instructions, etc.);

  • how information is accessed (think of passwords if computer media are protected, access badges for secure areas, etc.).
