5.1 Respect stakeholders' expectations
Bear in mind that in project management, the difficulty lies in satisfying the expectations and requirements of stakeholders, who do not all have the same objectives. The project owner, who will be the user, will think "It's got to be useful"; the steering committee, which will control the project, will think "It's got to make money"; the project manager will think "It's got to progress", while the project team will think "It's got to work".
