Develop an ergonomic culture within your company, so that you are not content with a purely technical approach to industrial products. You could, for example, set up a training course on the basics of ergonomics for project managers. Don't hesitate to involve your occupational physicians.

Information on ergonomics issues can also be passed on to marketing and customer relations departments, to draw your colleagues' attention to the importance of feedback from users.
