Controlling the impact on capacity management requires early involvement of functions that are unfortunately not, or hardly, involved in the early phases of an innovation project: production management, flow management, supply chain and manufacturing customers, whether internal or external. Share and exchange as much as possible with them, and they'll thank you when the launch takes place with minimum disruption to them!
