1. Detect machine bottleneck(s) linked to unit time modifications

The essential data to consider when identifying a bottleneck, whether during the manufacture of industrialization series within "normal" production or during the manufacture of the innovative product, are the manufacturing unit times.

Of course, the effects of innovation on these unit times must be taken into account well before the date of the industrialization series, and the actual launch! More precisely, measures to mitigate or eliminate these effects should be decided in advance, according to the time needed to implement them (for example, hiring unskilled staff, when the process allows, does not require the same lead time as installing a new production line, in general).
