 INTRODUCTION

The principle of the Kanban-inspired flowchart is a response to the many facets of project management in the execution phase, whether in terms of :

  • coordinating the project with teams and stakeholders;

  • management of critical/priority/urgent tasks ;

  • optimizing and allocating resources to the right place at the right time;

  • control of rework due to quality defects.

This fact sheet presents a way of applying the Kanban approach to optimize the progress of project tasks, in conjunction with the players involved. The aim is to achieve more balanced and motivating management for the whole team.
