3.1 Accessing the right level of information

By virtue of its construction, the CSR has access to the finest level of account plans. It can therefore be used to track activities as they have been broken down in the CBS. However, as this breakdown was carried out at the start of the project with other issues in mind, it may prove difficult to track activities at the level of detail established in the Work Package Descriptions.
