6.1 Implement this type of tool right from the start of the project

Based on initial feedback, the deployment of such a tool will be optimized if it is implemented at the very start of the program, when management and monitoring rules are being established. This will make it easier to convince users and ensure that the tool finds its place in the environment. This will ensure the establishment of work bases and efficient, consistent monthly monitoring at WP level.
