4. Reliable forecasting

After two "Remain to do" cycles, a consolidation analysis of CSR data shows that, in teams where CSR has been in place for six months, the first tangible results have been achieved.

Indeed, taking the example of our sub-project, a pilot entity in the process, forecasts have been revised several times by WP managers, following analyses of activities still to be carried out.

  • For the electrical bonding activities, through the "reste à faire" exercises, a re-evaluation of the distribution of the workload between the development of the different versions of the final product has been carried out, resulting in a new workload forecast model based exclusively on the "activité à faire" and not on the basis of available resources.
