1.1 Methods and processes

The sub-project studied in this sheet follows the development and monitoring of electrical bundle plans and safety processes. The team is committed to deploying a project tracking system, improving accountability at Work Package (WP) level, and involving the notion of cost, in coherence with deadline, quality and technical constraints. To achieve this, it was necessary to put in place not only clear and ambitious processes, but also tools that could be used by all those involved.
