7.1 Ask production to remove burrs from the parting line
Don't think that adjusting the machine's parameters will remove burrs from your workpieces; at most, you'll be able to reduce them.
Vibration welds are generally very coarse, and only the design of the parting line can mask the weld and its burrs.
If the aesthetics of the weld is an important factor, review the design of your part as a priority.
