This adage from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) recalls two fundamental points of MDR:

  • It is essential to map risks before and after the action has been defined (see Assessing project risks [FIC 0875] );

  • cartography is a partial, often partial, representation of reality, particularly in projects. It does not guarantee the relevance of action plans.
