4. Capture know-how by implementing knowledge extraction

This stage consists of organizing the collection of all the knowledge identified as essential, and then extracting it.

You can build an action table that specifies the following fields for each action:

  • the title of the action/the title of the knowledge to be extracted ;

  • knowledge location and availability ;

  • the extraction process to be used (interview filmed or not, individual or collective, workshops, etc.);

  • the person driving the action ;

  • date and duration of extraction;

  • the effective opening and closing date of the share ;

  • progress indicators (preferably graphical).
