8. Mistakes to avoid

8.1 Don't be overwhelmed by time

You need to anticipate as much as possible the movements of people (e.g. retirements), so as to have the necessary time to roll out the process. If, for example, you want to launch a safeguarding process three months before a person's departure, it's best to use this situation to make your case, and launch an ongoing capitalization process. In this case, you shouldn't try at all costs to draw up a "book of knowledge" document with the intention of covering as many "things" as possible, as it won't be very operational and will quickly be "forgotten", leaving the action with a poor image.
