1.1 Their objectives

The objectives of project reviews are :

  • strategic, since their purpose is to ensure the strategic management of the project by validating milestones in order to initiate the next phase and ensure that the project continues smoothly;

  • management, because they support effective cooperation between project stakeholders. Project reviews provide an opportunity to collectively draw lessons from the project experience and (re)mobilize stakeholders for the future;
