5.1 Highlight the collective benefits of project reviews

You have every interest in drawing attention to its benefits:

• the organization and the future of its project;

• each of the stakeholders and the project team by validating the measures (corrective, preventive and requests for modifications) and resources (human and material) that will be committed to the project;

• highlighting the contributions and successes of our stakeholders.
