4. Leading project reviews

Usually led by the project manager, the moderator must allow everyone to express themselves, while respecting the meeting duration agreed by all participants. You should emphasize your expectations at the end of the project review:

  • validation of project progress ;

  • contribution of stakeholders present ;

  • definition of their active recommendations (thus asserting their position as a force of proposition);

  • confirmation of their commitment – and yours! – for the next stage of the project.

The importance of these agreements is such that an independent, even contradictory, evaluation is often required. This is the role of experts or partners, whose viewpoint is neutral and uncorrupted by habit. Their objective...
