4.1 Specify the context of your REX

As we have seen, a planning feedback sheet only makes sense when inserted within a broader vision of the project as a whole. Schedule slippages are generally only the consequence of events occurring in other project disciplines (legal, technical, commercial, etc.).

In order to capitalize on experience in the planning field, it is therefore essential to describe the context in which the form takes place, before starting to process the planning information itself.
