 INTRODUCTION

Organizing projects to design and produce all kinds of new "objects", requiring multidisciplinary contributions, is now common practice in most organizations, whatever their size or sector of activity.

This integration of project mode means that projects of differing nature, priority and added value have to coexist, creating tensions and conflicts within the organization.

These recurring difficulties are usually the reason for setting up a structure to manage the project portfolio and ensure more efficient overall operation for the organization.
