  • Make sure you know your business strategy. Projects carried out without knowledge of the business strategy often commit resources that are out of sync with the need, and are generally unprofitable, if at all.

  • If your projects are launched without the prior development of a business plan or business case, you should be aware that guidelines and evaluation criteria will be lacking to assess the success of your planned medium-term project.
