 INTRODUCTION

The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) is the project management knowledge repository published by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It has been updated several times since its creation. The 5th and most recent version was published in 2013.

The Individual Competence Baseline for Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (ICB) is the project management competency framework developed by the International Project Management Association (IPMA). It has been updated several times. The 4th and most recent version was published in autumn 2015.
