Draft the project quality plan

In 2018, ISO provided a revision of ISO 10005 "Guidelines for quality plans".

You must draw up the quality plan for the project for which you are the project manager or project quality manager.

This project quality plan will explicitly define the work frame of reference applicable to all project contributors, to ensure that quality-cost-delivery parameters are well under control.

With the contribution of ISO 10005 version 2018, you can integrate the process approach and the risk approach for the description of your project management or business management.

The purpose of this sheet is to help you, in a structured and efficient manner, to :

• describe the project ;

• take into account the contractual elements of the project;

• define responsibilities and authorities ;

• define working methods ;

• present project deliverables.
