4. Choosing a supplier and concluding a contract
The choice of supplier will always be based on an analysis of the negative consequences that may be linked to this choice (negative consequences or risks that may be addressed for the last suppliers "in the running"). This examination of negative consequences also makes it possible to address the means and actions by which they can be minimized (or not!). Among the negative consequences, pay particular attention to those that will be linked to collaboration with this or these supplier(s), i.e. factors linked to the execution, control and management of the work, and factors linked to communication and the exchange of information.
The final choice will be made by signing a contract which, in addition to the usual legal factors, will have to stipulate a set of factors relating to the services to be provided and the criteria for satisfaction, compliance with deadlines,...
