7. Mistakes to avoid
7.1 Never forget any of the project's stakeholders when a decision likely to have an impact on them has to be taken.
Failure to communicate identified problems with the steering committee and/or the customer during project reviews can be a time bomb with negative consequences if the resolution of these problems has not been anticipated and shared, and the stakeholders suffer the full force of the problem when it emerges.
