5. Defining key roles

  • The project customer: the customer is the party for whom the project is being carried out. In the case of a project carried out on behalf of a third party, the customer is the party who pays a financial amount according to the terms defined in a contract, in order to acquire a work, a product, a system, a service, etc. The customer may express a need or have it expressed.
