The project team, roles and responsibilities

For each position in a company, a job description or function sheet summarizes the roles and responsibilities of each person within the organization.

The aim of this sheet is to give an overview of the main players involved in the project, and to present their mission, i.e. the roles and responsibilities expected of them in order to ensure that the project runs smoothly for the company and to the customer's satisfaction.
