4. Planning the ramp-up
For the first shades, we take care to allow reasonable lead times between each release of the next shade: 2 weeks, for example, may allow us both to monitor the reality of improvement forecasts, and to carry out preliminary tests on the next product.
If all goes well, from shades 6 onwards, we'll have plenty of time to step up the pace.
