2. Complete the mediation process

The mediation process is one that is defined in advance and must be communicated to the stakeholders before the intervention begins. It is a precise process designed to facilitate the search for solutions. Although it is possible to imagine another process, the one outlined below is the most commonly adapted to mediation.

2.1 Obtaining an intervention agreement

It is not possible to begin the mediation approach without first obtaining the agreement of both parties. It is therefore necessary to contact both parties separately and to present the mediation approach and the opportunities and constraints associated with it.
