3.1 Make sure what you can share between stakeholders

Face-to-face interviews with stakeholders produce information, only part of which is intended for use in the joint meeting. You need to check beforehand what is confidential and what can be shared with the other stakeholder.

3.2 Stick to the process

It is important to respect the agreed process. It is counter-productive, for example, to hold a stakeholder meeting before the individual meetings, even though this was not originally planned....
