3. Ensuring communication

Set up effective, structured communication with the company's head office to ensure that this final phase of the project runs smoothly.

The customer will also establish operating rules that must be understood, implemented and shared by the entire site team.

Site managers play an important training role when welcoming new employees or visitors, by providing – with their local specialist or on their own – an EHS induction, i.e. by explaining the safety rules in place and to be applied on site.

EHS induction is provided for all new visitors to the site, and a logbook is signed guaranteeing that this training has been carried out.
