4. Our advice

4.1 Set up telephone appointments from the outset

Organize daily or weekly meetings with the site manager and periodic site visits. This will ensure that you don't isolate the site team, and that you keep a close eye on the progress of activities, from assembly to commissioning.

It's during this phase that hazards or new events are likely to disrupt the project, with unfortunate financial consequences if the risks are not kept under control.

It is necessary to transform these risks into opportunities in order to maintain or even restore the project's financial margin.
