2. The monitoring reference system: the batch sheet

In a maximum of six pages, the work package description (WPD) describes all the tasks to be carried out during the project, in order to achieve the cost, time and quality objectives set for the project.

The batch header contains all the information needed to link the batch to the Work Breakdown Structure or WBS (link with the sub-project and the project) and to the Cost Breakdown Structure or CBS (description of time allocation or material purchase codes).

The document is divided into five main sections:

  • Assumptions: the first elements presented in the document describe the major technical, industrial and commercial assumptions made by the lot manager when drawing up the document. The scope of the lot is thus defined in accordance with the general program assumptions previously established;...
