3.1 Standardize cost control methods, processes and tools

The tool must enable users to transcribe the information established in the batch sheets, and to be able to update them as quickly and easily as possible.

This also involves standardizing the data used and the associated assumptions (number of hours worked per month, hourly rates, etc.). The tool will have to transcribe all ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) data for countries A, B, C and D, enabling users to transcribe their forecasts in a single format.
