Regularly check the surface condition of the sonotrode/booster and booster/converter contact surfaces. Any trace of matting, color or lack of material is suspect.
Be careful to tighten the screws of the acoustic assembly and to clean the surfaces in contact with each other. Surfaces are matted, and may weld together.
