As the Project Management Plan (PMP) is an important document and communication tool, it's a good idea to ensure that any updates made are understandable and useful to the project.
It is therefore important to have the PMP reread and validated to ensure that all those involved have the same perception of what has happened on the project, its trend in relation to the objectives set, and the objectives to be achieved.
